Cold Should = Snow

I am always of the opinion that if it's going to be super COLD then there should be snow.  It's pretty and it makes things look clean.  Anyway, here is some snow for you to color and enjoy.

Today we had the perfect type of snow to make a whole family of snow people + one snow puppy.  I've been doing a lot of doodling and will share with you all very soon.  So how is 2011 treating all of you so far?  What have you been creating?

Let it Snow!

For everybody Christmas is a crazy busy time.  Shopping, decorating, cards, crafting special gifts and the list goes on.  I'd say I'm about half done which is good for me.  But the one thing that's been cramping my style is the COLD.  Today it was 13 degrees BRRRRR!  I say there ought to be a law that if it's going to be that cold it ought to snow.  Here's some sketchbook snow for you to look at.  Happy Holidays!

Here is some more crazy snow pics, the next day. We hadn't planted our flowers yet, so here they are looking out at the snow from a warm winterized porch. Hopefully this is IT for the cold weather. I'm really OVER my winter clothes and ready for Spring to start.

See those white flecks there in front of my flowering pear and against the pine trees? Those are not romantic petals floating on the breeze; they're snowflakes! Doesn't Mother Nature know it's April and to cut that out! I have 2 shirts and a sweater on. Global Warming my butt.
